We will exchange the product/s if the damage and trouble is caused solely by the company or if the product/s ordered did not matched the one being delivered. However, in cases where the same kind of products are out of stock, they will be refunded by the below procedure.
1. Notify our customer service center of the damage with detailed and reasonable explanation within 30 days after delivery.
2. Return the damaged item to the designated place as it was originally shipped or follow the instruction of our staff at customer service center.
3. Use the enclosed packing slip and return form, when returning damaged products
